White paint looks so fresh and clean until it gets old, then it tends to yellow and chip!
A service we offer, which doesn’t get much attention, is refinishing woodwork. This pile of 6 doors, nearly 100 feet of baseboard and over 100 feet of new quarter-round trim was brought in after the owner tried stripping and refinishing a few pieces on their own. Paint, especially white, can be quite a challenge to strip. The “before” picture don’t let you appreciate the quantity of pieces or the mess they were in. The “after” picture captures the quantity better although 3 doors are still hidden.
As requested, the pieces were stained to match the original color and finished with multiple coats of gloss lacquer. Quite a time saver as they restore their house!
